As a Marketing Manager<\/strong> of our company, you will drive the future growth engine by advertising the company across all channels. You get excited about finding new customers and keeping them informed about what we are working on – via online performance marketing and local advertisement. From content creation over distribution to analytics – you will be part of the entire chain. If you\u2019re hungry, smart, persistent, and a great teammate, we want to hear from you!<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this role, your day will look something like this:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Create content (via 3rd parties) for all channels including video shootings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Develop and lead campaigns for all channels including Website, Blog, Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or TikTok<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Launch and test new lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Be responsible for all content generation (text, video, sound, design, pictures) across all channels<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Gain leads by optimising CAC vs. amount of leads across different countries and industries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  High motivation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Ability to understand the platform of the company and find ways to communicate it across different channels<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities including comfort with basic modeling<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Superior verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Self starter who is used to working in a scrappy team<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Strong interest in technology<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of these areas\u2014we\u2019re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in at least one area, and have some interest and capabilities in the others.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who you are:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  You’re a University graduate and optionally already have experience working ideally for a startup<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  You’re a problem solver, and approach obstacles with a logical, pragmatic approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  You have the enthusiasm and ability to quickly learn new tools and technology<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  You possess a collaborative, open-minded and helpful approach to teamwork<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  You’re motivated and a self-starter, someone who\u2019s always looking for ways to improve things<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  You’re able to organize and work with multiple projects and keep deadlines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
