To strengthen our Marketing team, we are looking for an ambitious, talented and detail-oriented content creator to work in close collaboration with our Head of Brand and Communications to produce and execute high-quality content across various platforms.

As our new content creator, you will be responsible for creating a variety of content for all levels of the marketing funnel.

The ideal candidate is passionate about branding and knows how to develop creative and engaging content accordingly to our brand guidelines.

Your goal is to establish and drive forward a unified and sleek brand identity across all our channels, showcasing our brand story, product and worldwide community of restaurants using our platform to succeed with their restaurant.

Main responsibilities :

  • Produce copy and visuals for Social Media, website, blog, articles, PR, newsletters and marketing material.
  • Take control of our Social Media channels and drive forward engagement with our content : Manage our social media calendar and produce Social Media content on a weekly basis.
  • Conducting research and interviews to learn more about our audience, current trends and then contextualizing your findings.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and support the marketing team with visually appealing content.
  • Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
  • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
  • Continually explore the best mediums through which to provide educational content and execute per your results.
  • Collaborate across teams to understand the educational needs of the customers and lead the development of the educational content needed.

A Creative Mindset

You have the ability to take ideas and transform them into stunning concepts. You are not scared to venture outside the box and you are always expanding the ways in which you communicate and present your work.

Clean Design Skills

You know good design when you see it and you are passionate about creating visually compelling materials to drive forward our brand identity.

Experience with multimedia design (graphics, video-editing and animations is a big plus).

Strong Communication skills

Your graphic design skills are matched only by your ability to communicate in writing. You are a wordsmith and passionate storyteller who knows what it takes to write a great press release, blogpost or Social Media caption.

Self-starter

You thrive working independently (yet collaboratively). You don’t have to wait to be told what to do. You are passionate about the world of content creation and are continually researching the latest trends and approaches and finding new ways to push the boundaries.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience with producing engaging content across various platforms (Social Media, Blog, Newsletters etc.) with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing. You know how to express a message in a clear and creative way.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
  • Experience with multi-media design. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (etc.). Animation skills are a plus.
