In order to support our HR/ Recruiting team, we are looking for motivated, detail orientated and precise Remote Recruitment Specialists. You can expect diverse tasks in the field of Recruiting/ HR  in a dynamic and international work environment. 

Your day will look something like this:

  • You will support the HR team for all recruiting activities on LinkedIn 
  • Communicate with potential candidates on LinkedIn and explain them our open positions and company
  • You will also support the team with their administrative tasks regarding active sourcing and application management
  • You jump in wherever your help is needed and thereby ensure that all the processes in the whole recruiting process run smoothly

For LinkedIn Recruiter, your work will be mainly as following:

  • Enter the project assigned to you
  • Start to send Contact Requests to the people in the project. We will provide the initial message
  • As soon as the people accept the message, send a follow-up message. We will provide the follow-up message
  • For the daily tracking of the numbers, we will provide you with a google sheet in which you can fill in your daily numbers
