Job Description 

In order to support our sales team, we are looking for motivated, detail orientated and precise Sales Experts . First you will receive personal training and education around the company solutions and get certified as a Sales Expert. Afterwards you will help business owners via phone, mail and chat to start, run and grow using the company solutions. 

In this role, your day will look something like this:

  • You will support the Sales team by converting qualified leads generated by the marketing team through telephone and video calls.
  • Communicate with potential customers through video and normal telephone and pitch them our company’s unique selling proposition eventually converting them into paying customers.
  • Following up via email
  • Helping businesses using chat
  • You will also support the team with tracking and evaluating the sales calls.
  • You jump in wherever your help is needed and thereby ensure that the conversions in the whole lead conversion process run smoothly.

Your work will mainly consist of the following points:

  • Schedule and plan your day of calls through Calendly
  • Practice the sales script provided to you and learn to answer frequently asked questions with knowledge.
  • Have daily calls with warm leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Meet/exceed pipeline conversion and revenue targets set for the team.
  • Track your KPIs which we will provide you through a google sheet in which you can fill in your daily numbers.
  • Help small and medium sized businesses via chat
  • Answer questions of business owners via email

  • 3+ years experience in web development and REST APIs;
