Job Description
As a Marketing Manager of our company, you will drive the future growth engine by advertising the company across all channels. You get excited about finding new customers and keeping them informed about what we are working on – via online performance marketing and local advertisement. From content creation over distribution to analytics – you will be part of the entire chain. If you’re hungry, smart, persistent, and a great teammate, we want to hear from you!
In this role, your day will look something like this:
• Create content (via 3rd parties) for all channels including video shootings
• Develop and lead campaigns for all channels including Website, Blog, Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or TikTok
• Launch and test new lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them
• Be responsible for all content generation (text, video, sound, design, pictures) across all channels
• Gain leads by optimising CAC vs. amount of leads across different countries and industries

• Ability to understand the platform of the company and find ways to communicate it across different channels
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities including comfort with basic modeling
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
• Self starter who is used to working in a scrappy team
• Strong interest in technology
It’s not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of these areas—we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in at least one area, and have some interest and capabilities in the others.
